Your use of this site or placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Placing orders and cancellations

All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Belldale Pty Ltd. Cancellations can only be made by emailing info@carria.com.au.

Colours

To keep prices as low as possible, we don't offer a choice of colours. We reserve the right to change the colours at any time without notice. Colours shown in images on this website and other promotional material may not be the same as actual product colours. Usually, but not always, the product colours you see when you click "buy now" on this website, are the same as the product colours current at the time of ordering, allowing for the inherent errors in trying to reproduce the colours of actual objects on computer screens.

Payment

We only accept payment by the methods shown on this website (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover).

Delivery

A “pack of two” Carrias weighs less than 0.5 kg so postage is the same price as one Carria, making it even better value. If you don't need two, someone you know would love to have one.

Orders are delivered to your door. We suggest getting your orders delivered to your work address if you’re not home during the day, as the parcel may not fit in your letterbox.

Prices for product and freight include GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax, similar to VAT).

We strive to deliver every order as soon as possible. On average we will dispatch within 48 hours of the order being placed. We dispatch on weekdays and do not guarantee a maximum delivery time, however this is usually between 3 and 5 days within Australia and 3 to 12 days for overseas orders, depending on the destination country. In the unlikely event that we temporarily run out of stock, we will advise you by email and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling your order.

Money back guarantee

If you purchase a Carria then change your mind, for any reason, return it to us in original condition within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll refund the full price plus the original postage.

Note: This offer is intended for private buyers only, not re-sellers. It therefore excludes orders for more than two Carrias.

Warranty

The Carria is warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for one year from date of purchase. We also want you to know your rights under Australian Consumer Law: “Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”

Disclaimer: The Carria is designed specifically to carry cases of beverages. Using it to carry a case of beverage that does not meet the specifications set out under the headings “What can I carry?”, “Maximum Weight Limit” and “Using Your Carria” on this website, or using it to carry any object other than a case of beverage, may void the warranty and may be unsafe.
